Specifically, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and ambitious Outside Sales Associate who wants to earn top dollar and be a part of a movement to make this world a more successful place. You will have to be passionate about helping others as this is our main goal.

What you'll do:

Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to new leads as needed; qualify leads
Introduce customer to (Your Company Name) products and financing process.
Send/receive Initial Disclosure Package to/from Borrowers
Complete follow-up calls to borrowers to ensure the return of signed documentation
Warm transfer interested applicants and Set up Appointments with interested applicants
Utilize systems for maintaining product knowledge, registering loans accurately, and managing the pipeline
Understand and articulate financial calculations and current rate/pricing
Use excellent follow-up skills to ensure targeted conversion rates are met
Partner with telemarketing team to ensure the seamless transfer of files
Monitor and update reports as needed

Who you are:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree helpful.
Experience: Experience in outside sales, telemarketing or customer service experience with MCA / business loan companies, preferred.
Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and all levels of management.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, proportions and percentages.
Analytical: Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work independently. Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other: High level of personal motivation, professionalism and integrity required. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment. Must be dependable.
