Los Angeles Full-Time Telemarketer

Specifically, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and ambitious Telemarketer that wants to earn top dollar and be a part of a movement to make this world a more successful place. You will have to be passionate about helping others as this is our main goal.

What you'll do:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to consumers who are interested in MCA loans while providing excellent customer service
  • Educating borrowers on the loan process from beginning to end
  • Meeting the sales target
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of traditional loan programs
  • Pre-qualify customers based on leads and credit inquiry
  • Provide seamless transfer to Loan Specialist to close loan.

Who you are:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in inside phone sales, telemarketing or customer service experience with MCA / business loan companies, preferred.
  • Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual or multi-lingual preferred.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, proportions and percentages.
  • Analytical: Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work independently. Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills.
  • Other: Must have excellent interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship building skills
